J'ai plutôt compris qu'il laissait le doute. Quoiqu'il en soit, sauf son
respect, son avis n'a pas grand intérêt légalement parlant (tout le
monde donne son avis sur le net...)

J'ai eu la réponse par myfonts :
'@font-face' use requires the font be posted to a public server/website, or
embedding of the font. By posting/embedding the font as such, it is
available
for anyone to download/use. This amounts to making it publicly available and
is not allowed by any font license currently offered.
